Central Hastings Family Health Team will hold the 2010 Annual

General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday August 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at

Madoc Township Hall, 15651 Highway 62, R.R. #2, Madoc, ON.

The purpose of the AGM is to address the election of the Board of

Directors for the 2010-11 fiscal year, as well as receive audited financial

statements for the 2009-2010 year, to present the Chairs’ Report to the

membership, to appoint auditors for 2010-2011, and to discuss any further

items raised which pertain to the agency’s activities.
